I've been heads down for the last 4 or so months building my first digital information product, The System.
Picking my head back up + reconnecting with my network to gather feedback which naturally evolves into talking about Demand Generation + Monetization more broadly.

Can you describe your business in 10 words or less while passing the 13 year-old cousin rule? I know, I know, it's complicated but keep at it and you'll get there. It's not supposed to be easy, if it was, everyone would do it.
3 seconds of consideration but infinite appetite for additive content. It's not that everyone has ADD, it's that that they have infinite options. 10 words or less...
If you're in the B2B game, Linkedin is your jam. Fish where the fish are as Linkedin is as important if not more important than your web site. Yep, your web site. Pro tip, lean into organic content and "give, give, ask".
Develop a shared understanding of the modern buyer journey and eliminate a lot of the unnecessary friction between Demand Generation and Sales. If you get on the same page, your owned content game will generate significantly better results immediately.
Optimize for outcomes not activity.
Don't invest in 1000 one-size-fits-all emails when 100 with lightweight customization powered by NLP and other emerging tech will produce more / better outcomes.
Measure what matters and optimize for quantity / quality of qualified opportunities generated and sales cycle velocity. While there are lot's of metrics to pay attention to, if your cross-functional pods of Demand Generation + Sales people can get those two right, say hello to your growth flywheel.
